Absolutely. Your plan is tailored to your experience level, so beginners get a realistic starting point.

Absolutely. We have a lot of older clients - because health, feeling good, losing fat and building muscle matter even more with age. Most of our clients are over 40, and a large part are over 50.

That's completely fine. VEFIT isn't only for people chasing a big transformation - it's just as much for anyone who's already fairly happy but wants some guidance on how to eat, good recipes to cook, and a bit of structure around training. You decide how ambitious you want to be - the system adapts to your level, whether you want to go all in or simply keep things simple and consistent.

Yes - the nutrition and training plans are designed to build muscle naturally on a high-protein vegan diet.

Yes. Fat loss is the goal most of my clients come in with - and after 3 months they've visibly lost fat, feel fitter and more vital, and look noticeably more toned. Many also go through a full body recomposition, building muscle at the same time.

You'll notice the first results within a few days, and after 3 to 4 weeks there's already a clear, visible difference. By the 3-month mark many clients describe it as a completely new way of living - feeling comfortable and confident in their own skin again.

No. Plans can be adapted for the gym or home training depending on your setup - and this is part of the onboarding, where I ask whether you prefer to train at the gym or at home. If you'd rather train at home, I'll show you a simple way to set up with equipment for less than $100, so you can do all your workouts comfortably from home and still get the exact same results.

The whole goal of VEFIT is to get you to your goal as efficiently as possible, and I build your training around exactly that. Your setup is captured during the onboarding - but my clients never train more than two hours per week in total to get the best possible results.

Your calorie targets, macros, meal structure and workout plan are all built around your stats, goal and preferences.

You'll complete a short onboarding questionnaire, and your personalized setup is created inside the VEFIT app.

The program always starts on the next possible Monday. After your purchase I need 24 to 48 hours to create your personalized meal and training plans. As a rule of thumb: if you buy on Friday, you can start that Monday. If you buy later - for example on Saturday or during the week - you simply start on the next possible Monday.

VEFIT is a 3-month transformation system - it's designed to get you on the right track with the right structure and habits over a focused 3-month period. After that the system is complete and your access ends, unless you continue with another package at a reduced rate. If you'd like to extend, simply get in touch with me and we'll set it up.

That said, the whole point of VEFIT is that you don't have to log everything manually: you simply pick meals from the database of 500+ vegan recipes and log them with a single click - no need to enter every ingredient. And if you do want to track in that level of detail, you still can, because the app supports it.

Yes - Cronometer is supported too, so you can keep using it and integrate the data you've tracked there. But with VEFIT you don't have to log everything manually: you just select meals from the 500+ vegan recipe database and log them with one click, without entering each ingredient. If you'd rather track every detail yourself, that's still possible - the app supports it.
